What is ProSense?
ProSense is a web-based software package for estate agent management, comprising a fully-featured customer-facing website, complemented by a comprehensive back-office management system.
With the emphasis on ease of use, the software is designed to help estate agents quickly and easily perform all the tasks associated with the lifecycle of a property sale.
Support & Training
The ProSense application has been designed with usability in mind, easy to use for both technical and non-technical people alike.
We are currently collating a wealth of information to help users get to grips with the package in an online knowledge base (available soon). This is basically just a website where you can browse the help and guidance material or search for specific answers. Help will be available in the form of Frequently Asked Questions, illustrated step-by-step guides and Flash movies.
The monthly licence subscription fee includes up to one hour per month of telephone support, but should you wish to organise additional training sessions for yourself or your staff, either within your office or remotely using our distance training technologies, then please contact us for prices and more details.
